We all spend so much time at work yet many of us work too hard, don’t earn as much as we’d like and don’t feel our businesses give us the quality of life that we seek. Our work should be a place of fun. We want our team and culture to be one where people no longer say "thank god it’s Friday" but thank god it’s Sunday night because tomorrow I’m going to work. Our development since June has resulted in a number of our team feeling that way and it is our aim to spread this enthusiasm throughout Westbury Schotness.

Our internal programme has a two year time span. Over that period, we want to develop to become a leading force in the market place in which we operate. We want our clients to enjoy working with us and to benefit from our expertise, our team to feel stimulated, empowered and to benefit from above average remuneration.
To achieve this, we are implementing many changes to the way we operate and these will become apparent over the coming months.
