ONE - TO - ONE SESSIONS

Whilst group sessions work well for providing business people with inspiration and ideas to take back to their businesses, many of our clients  highly value the one on one sessions that we provide to discuss current issues in their business. Too many business people cannot see "the wood from the trees" and find it hard to be objective as to what is really happening in their business.

We start these sessions by stating quite clearly that we know virtually nothing about your business. We don’t need to. We are not interested in the technical aspects of how you make something, or how the product works. What we are interested in is how you deliver it, market it, how your team operates, your business processes and what makes what you do unique. By talking with you on a one-on-one basis, we can question and stimulate you to think differently about the way you operate.

The feedback we receive on these sessions is dramatic. Many of our clients come away from such sessions inspired and enthuse to such an extent that they literally feel revitalised and energised. One recent instance resulted in a proprietor going back to his restaurant and closing it down for a day to implement changes which are already having a dramatic impact on his business.

We cannot emphasise enough the need for objectivity about your business. Of course, if you really think you know all the answers then this service will be of no interest to you. We don’t know the answers either, but we know the right questions, the hot buttons to press. We are absolutely certain that you will feel the same way that many of our existing clients do.

We are so sure of the value of these sessions, that we offer a free initial consultation.
