Finishing Off
Additional routing for the depth limit strip and start line detectors and power connector holes.
In order to comply with the BSCRA rules of a maximum slot depth of 8mm the track is reduced to 8mm thick by routing below one of the battens to accept a metal plate.
The power supply is brought to the braid via an eyelet crimped to the end of the braid and screwed to the underside of the batten using small round head brass screws.
