The straight sections

Two of the 8ft x 4ft MDF sheets were cut into 65mm and 100mm wide strips by a local supplier to produce a single section with a maximum length of 8ft.

Corner Sections

The remaining sheet was marked out using the square, compass, pencil, trammel compass and marker pen as per the following sketch and the sections cut out with a jigsaw.
