Kill the annoying Windows Messenger

Does Windows Messenger bug you? Got XP? Here’s how to turn Messenger off for good.

By default, Windows XP installs Windows Messenger – and every time you open Outlook Express, guess what? Yes, it loads then, too.

What’s more, if you download certain updates from Microsoft, even if you’ve managed to get Messenger not to load, it will often make a re-appearance on your desktop, in your system tray. There is a way to get rid of it, though, and the procedures have come from Microsoft themselves.

Click here to get your system sorted!
