Changing the Windows Explorer font

Fed up with Tahoma as the Windows Explorer font? Here’s how to change it to something with more character.

• Right click on the desktop and choose Properties.

• Move to the Appearance tab.

• From the Item drop down list select Icon (blindingly obvious, I’m sure you agree!). 

• Select a font of your choice.

The font choice will effect the title under your desktop items as well as the display of Explorer. Have a play, trying different fonts until you find one that suits you.
