Believed to be the first infrared device of its kind, the 56k Travel Modem delivers reliable modem & GSM communications wherever you are. Whether you're browsing the Internet or just sending e-mail, the 56k Travel Modem turns your Psion computer into a complete mobile communications solution. Offering download speeds of up to 56,000bps over land lines and 9,600bps over GSM, the Travel Modem is both fast and flexible. The Travel Modem is also PTT approved for use in 19 countries.

The Psion Travel Modem is the easiest way to connect your Psion Series 5, 5mx, 7 or Revo to the Internet and E-mail and also to send & receive fax documents.
The Psion Travel Modem connects to the Psion via infrared.
The Psion Travel Modem comes complete with a cable to connect to a standard phone socket (Land Line), a user guide and Software (EasySwitch) to enable your Psion to "Recognise" dial tones other than English tones (Very simple to install).
The Psion Travel Modem is GSM ready. There is a voucher in the box that is redeemable for the cable to connect the mobile phone of your choice to the Travel Modem.
