I get the most satisfaction from dealing directly with the client/donor, producing images which express their personal hopes and aspirations as well as being accessible to a wider audience. The leaded windows are usually figurative or semi-abstract designs, with an emphasis on strong lines and a range of subtle colours made possible by extensive use of antique glass, and incorporating painting, etching and silver staining. I have designed and made work for private houses, churches and public buildings.
