E-Gate is a non-commercial experimental service. Being an experiment means that it can work, but that it doesn't have to! E-Gate users have no right to correct functioning of the gateway. The sending of data to or through the gateway is done at your own risk. The operators accept no responsibility for the contents of messages, especially those resulting from information services. Furthermore, we cannot protect your data against access by third parties.

Service is not guarenteed. We reserve the right to bar service in cases of mis-use (e.g. overload). The operators of E-Gate reserve the right to store messages sent over E-Gate.
